20mm Kingspan Kooltherm K5 External Wall Board is a high performance rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core faced on both sides with a glass tissue based facing bonded to the insulation core during manufacture. This phenolic board has high compression strength and has greater water vapour resistivity. Kingspan Kooltherm K5 External Wall Board can have an indefinite life, if correctly installed -- depends on the supporting structure and the conditions of its use. It also has high resistance to solvents, fungi and rodents. This board is unaffected by air infiltration and suitable for use behind traditional and lightweight polymer modified renders and dry cladding systems.
