Knauf Aquapanel Joint Filler - Grey - 20 Kg

20kg Aquapanel Joint Filler is a grey coloured cement based filling material for full surface skim coating of joints by hand using a flat edged spatula. This filler is suitable for use with Aquapanel Interior Cement Board and and Aquapanel Exterior Cement Board. The joints are filled with Aquapanel Joint Filler and reinforced with Aquapanel Tape.

APPLICATION

• On Aquapanel Cement Boards.

INSTALLATION

• Aquapanel Cement Board panels must be dry, clean and dust-free and fixed firmly on to a substructure,
• Use a clean mixing container and mixing tool.
• Use cold, clean water for the mix,
• Fill joints and screw heads, place Aquapanel Tape and press in with a trowel.
• Allow the previous coating to dry or harden before applying another coat if required.
• The material begins to harden approx. 45 minutes after stirring.
• Do not use the material once it begins to stiffen.
